Reservoir Square will be the home of the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED) Central Hub, a state-of-the-art, 60,000-square-foot workforce development center dedicated to driving Baltimore’s post-pandemic economic growth. MOED is committed to advancing economic justice by building an equitable workforce system that supports all residents, with a focus on those who have been historically and systemically disadvantaged. The Central Hub will operate as the new American job center and MOED headquarters . It will serve as a vital resource for connecting individuals to career opportunities, helping the city thrive in an evolving economy.
