Reservoir Square is the new name for the $100 million development project formerly known as Madison Park North | Baltimore Fishbowl

The development team unveiled a brand new identity for the site formerly known as Madison Park North: Reservoir Square. The name change was born from an extensive community engagement process and is a nod to the historic Reservoir Hill community while celebrating the urban “squares” across Baltimore.
“The rebranding signals a new chapter in the story of West Baltimore’s renaissance,” said MCB Real Estate managing partner P. David Bramble, in a statement. “Reservoir Square ties together Baltimore’s historic neighborhoods and will provide a great place to live, shop and work.”
