The Madison Park North apartment complex, built in 1968, fell short of its development goals since the time of construction. Madison Park North residents and neighbors advocated for improved housing and succeeded in ousting the former owner of the blighted property.

MCB Real Estate emerged as the developer to lead the property’s transformation into a new mixed-use development that truly serves West Baltimore.
