Maryland Governor Larry Hogan and Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh held a conference at Madison Park North to award $2M in demolition grants for the project and announce the redevelopment plans for the site alongside MCB’s P. David Bramble. The award is part of Maryland’s Project Core demolition initiative.
